Here are the labels from the packages of two types of masks that SUNY Orange is offering to students to wear while on campus. These masks are made available in the classroom in which I sometimes teach.
For the black masks, why is there a warning to NOT wear this mask around Covid19 patients? (I highlighted that bit.) If this mask protects one from the China Virus, then what’s the big deal with advising to not wear the mask around sick people with the China Virus?
How odd.
(I have been told by a reliable source that the N95 mask does protect one from viruses.)
Now, for the white/light-blue masks, there’s no information about any protection at all. Why is that? Also weird. Please note the manufacturer of this particular mask.
So, China creates the China Virus. Lets it loose upon the world. Then, we knuckleheads in the United States purchase masks to protect us from the China Virus from the same nation that created the virus. Did I get that right?
All very weird.
Seems to me that any virus would rip through these masks like a bullet through tissue paper. That’s just my opinion.

What has happened to morality in our culture? What has happened to morality in our entertainment? Why do some of our fictitious heroes act more like villains?
